Terms & Conditions – EcoScoop Services

These terms govern the provision of EcoScoop bin installation, collection, and recycling services.

Deposits & Equipment

• A refundable deposit is required for each EcoScoop bin.

• Bins remain the property of EcoScoop unless otherwise agreed.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are used correctly.

Collections

• Collections are carried out according to the agreed schedule (daily, weekly, monthly).

• EcoScoop uses compostable liners for all bins, which are replaced at each collection.

Pricing

• Domestic plans start from £25 per month.

• Commercial and Public Sector pricing is bespoke depending on site requirements.

Liability

• EcoScoop is not liable for damage or misuse of bins once installed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, access issues).

Termination

• Services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

• Deposits are refunded subject to the return of bins in good condition.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
